I don't remember the last time I had a
Birch Beer, but I think it was better than this one. The sugariness
was fine, the fizz was fine, but the flavor left something to be
desired. Maybe I was expecting more rootiness, this was more like
barkiness. I'll have to find some other Birch beers for comparison.
